Maxxis Shorty 27.5" x 2.4" 3C MaxxTerra EXO 60 TPI MTB Tire

The Maxxis Shorty 27.5" x 2.40" 3C MaxxTerra EXO is an aggressive mountain bike tire designed to deliver confident traction and control in loose, wet, and muddy trail conditions. Featuring a redesigned tread pattern, the Shorty provides improved cornering performance, braking traction, and mud-shedding capability for demanding trail and enduro riding.

Built with Maxxis' 3C MaxxTerra triple-compound rubber, the Shorty balances grip, rolling efficiency, and durability. Its widely spaced tread knobs help clear mud and debris, maintaining traction when trail conditions become soft or unpredictable.

The 60 TPI casing with EXO sidewall protection offers resistance against cuts and abrasions while keeping weight manageable for trail riding. Its Tubeless Ready (TR) construction allows for a compatible tubeless setup, helping riders improve traction and reduce the risk of pinch flats.

The Shorty's 2.40-inch profile also provides additional mud clearance compared to wider tires, making it a dependable option for wet-weather riding.
