Optimize Your Body & Bike for Better Riding
This two part bike class will be split up with two different teachers:
Optimize Your Body is taught by our local mobility coach Miranda, owner of Play Strong Fitness (https://www.playstrongfitness.com)
Miranda will teach you small things you can do off the bike to help you feel better, more stable, and confidently strong on the bike. She will teach you what to do off the bike to keep your preseason gains, keep your muscle mass, and in the end making biking a lot easier for all of us who struggle with endurance on the uphill, and arm/ab/back fatigue on the downhill.
Optimize Your Bike is taught by our bike shop pro Piper.
Piper will go over every part of the bike you can tweak from the grips/bars all the way to the cassette and air pressure to make your bike work best for you. She will also teach about how when things are out of whack on your bike how that can affect your body.
